We may experience grief physically, emotionally, mentally, socially and spiritually.  At times it can seem our grief may overwhelm us and we feel emotionally stuck in numbness, anger, sadness or it manifests as constriction and/or pain in the physical body.  This is your opportunity to learn in a safe, supportive environment how gentle, therapeutic yoga, breathing and meditation practices can support forward movement of the grief experience and how to compassionately be with whatever you may be experiencing in the moment.  No yoga experience is needed, everybody welcome.

As a Yoga Therapist and Instructor, Lynda specializes in mental/emotional health, trauma, and pain.  Her experience as a Crisis Line Counsellor and her personal experiences with death, loss, and anxiety/depression were instrumental in her decision to work with those affected by emotional crisis and trauma.  Lynda’s passion is rooted in her vision to provide all people the opportunity to explore the benefits of yoga and learn a better, healthier way to live.
