candlelight/stretch yoga

Candlelight / Stretch Yoga is a gentle form of Hatha that is practiced in candlelight.  The candlelight creates a warm atmosphere that will help you unwind from your day and bring balance to your busy life.  We’ll start off with a quiet grounding and centering which will be followed by a warm-up with movement and stretches.  Next, you’ll enjoy some postures that are used to open your body to a greater sense of ease.  This will include restorative postures &/or stretches that will be held a little longer to allow your body to elongate through relaxation.  The class will end with relaxation (Savasana) to restore mind & body.

This class is suited to all-levels and is great for first-timers.
