Sunrise Yoga Treat your body and mind to what it craves the most in the morning: opening, stretching, and having a clear focus on your day ahead. We begin this all-levels class by encouraging the fluids back into your joints using gentle rolls and stretches. Next you'll be guided through some postures (Asanas) that are designed to awaken and energize; gradually holding them longer to build strength and release any tightness. Finally, clear the cobwebs as you shift your attention to your breath using breathing techniques (Pranayama) to help calm your mind and ease you into relaxation (Savasana).
