NEW TO YOU YOGA series

*Pre-registration is required:        

New to You Yoga is for every body:   This series of classes has been tailored to people of all ages, genders, & shapes, who want to learn yoga from the ground up.  First, your body is eased into yoga using gentle movement and stretches that are specifically designed for pre-yoga; waking up muscles that haven’t been used in a while.  Next, you’ll learn some foundational postures (Asanas) so you can begin to build from there; gradually layering on with each class.  To round it out, you'll get centered, grounded and aligned with breathing awareness & techniques (Pranayama).  As always, each class will end with a quiet meditation/relaxation (Savasana).  Mind, Body, Spirit – bring your whole self into balance and see how amazing you feel!

This class is for beginners and/or people who want to take advantage of the slower pace, get back to basics, stretch and re-align. The number of students per class is limited which offers you more attention and assistance.
