Restorative Yoga is for every body. No yoga experience is required. It is complete, active, mindful relaxation.
It's about learning and practicing stillness, peacefulness and deep relaxation no matter what is going on (stress, anxiety, pain). It’s about non-expenditure of energy, complete and total rest, surrender and grounding. The extended time in each supported posture allows for full circulation of prana, blood and vital fluids to enrich the glands and organs. This creates the conditions for unwinding, restoring, letting go, quieting the nervous system and most importantly, healing.
