Flow Yoga incorporates your breath with mindful movement for a more active style of class, giving your metabolism a boost.  As you deepen your focus through rhythmic movement, you will encourage mental clarity, while stimulating your lymphatic system and detoxify your organs.  This class will help build strength and endurance, and leave you feeling energized and alert.  As always, the class will end with a relaxation (Savasana) to restore and renew.
