All Levels Yoga is for everyone, beginners to advanced.  In this class you’ll enjoy a well-rounded practice of yoga postures (Asanas) with a mix of breathing exercises (Pranayama) and relaxation techniques.  Options will be offered allowing you to work at your own individual level.  Props, straps, blocks and bolsters are often used to improve postures in order to achieve the most benefit for your body.  The class will end with a relaxation (Savasana) to restore mind and body.
