Stretch & Restore

Stretch & Restore: This class offers the therapeutic benefits of Restorative Yoga. The first 20 minutes you'll move slowly & mindfully through a series of gentle stretches on the mat, followed by 40 minutes of Restorative relaxation.  Lots of bolsters & blankets will be used to enhance the experience of deep relaxation, encouraging healing and an overall sense of well-being.  According to medical research, regularly quieting your mind and body may help you sleep better and reduce anxiety.  It can also have therapeutic effects on your heart, and on your immune, digestive, and other physiological systems.

This class is great for beginners and/or those wanting to slow down, calm your body, quiet your mind and invite healing!
