Lynda's "feel good" yoga

Lynda’s “Feel Good" Yoga is an all-levels Hatha style yoga class that is designed to leave you feeling good.  The class starts out with quiet centering, grounding and breathing techniques (Pranayama) to bring you into focus.  You are then led through yoga postures (Asanas) that include alignment assists, options and postural variations for all.  Finally, you’ll move into various longer-held postures that will be enhanced with some gentle “hands on” feel good therapy.  The class will end with a relaxation (Savasana) to restore mind and body.
