Gentle hatha yoga

Gentle Hatha Yoga focuses on a more calming approach to your yoga practice.  You’ll enjoy the slower-paced class which includes lots of easy movement, stretches and longer-held postures.  The breathing techniques (Pranayama) used, will help sooth your mind and create more awareness, inner strength and balance.  The class will end with a relaxation (Savasana) to restore & renew.
